The shutters we manufacture in our Romanian factory — Mimeo Composite Shutters — are currently on a 3–5 week lead time.
Factory
The production cycle at Shutters Factory LTD is partially autonomous. Running our own facility gives us the flexibility and quality control to meet every bespoke requirement.
Skilled artisans oversee waterproof Mimeo Composite shutters from our plant in Onesti, Romania. The factory delivers consistent quality at a capacity of 5,000 square metres per month.
Manufacturing process
We produce Mimeo waterproof shutters in-house. Components are formed in precision moulds, extruded, and strengthened with aluminium tubing for a long-lasting core.
Once cut to size, each part is assembled using the same craftsmanship as our timber shutters, before receiving a durable polyurethane coating. Our installation crew then assembles final frames on-site for a perfect fit.
